Additional Fees
- • A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date with a signed contract
- • A $75 cleanup fee and $80 setup/breakdown fee apply to all packages
- • Balance must be paid in full 14 days prior to the event
- • Extra time is billed at $200 per hour
- • Parking attendants required for 50+ guests — $150 for 2 attendants
- • Payment accepted via cashier's check or cash payable to Team J Construction
- • All live bands must perform indoors
